Trust & Safety Center
The single place that brings together everything we do to keep the Platform safe: our policies, our tools, our processes and the resources we make available to you.
Last updated: June 17, 2026
Sugar dating is a legitimate way for adults to meet when it’s honest, respectful and consensual. But online dating of every kind attracts people who don’t share those values — scammers, fake profiles, predators and more. Our job is to keep them off the Platform. Your safety is built into our product, not bolted on afterward.
We’ve organized this Center so you can find what you need fast — whether you’re a new member learning the ropes, an experienced user after a specific resource, or someone who needs urgent help right now.
1. Our Commitment
We commit to:
- Verifying that our members are adults. No one under 18 belongs here, and we work continuously to detect and remove anyone who tries to get around that rule.
- Keeping the Platform free of escorts, traffickers and predators. This is not a marketplace for sexual services, and we enforce that firmly.
- Taking every report seriously. Real people on our Trust & Safety team review reports and act on confirmed violations, without negotiation.
- Respecting your privacy. Reports are confidential, and we never reveal who reported whom.
- Cooperating with law enforcement on the investigation of crimes — especially those involving minors, trafficking or exploitation.
- Being transparent about how we moderate and what we do when something goes wrong.
2. Our Policies
Our community’s rules live across a set of policies, each focused on a specific area and designed to fit together. We recommend reading them at least once, especially when you register.
- Community Guidelines — what we expect from members, and what’s not allowed.
- Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy — our zero-tolerance stance on trafficking, exploitation and escort-service misuse.
- Age Verification Policy — how we confirm every member is an adult, and what happens when a minor is detected.
- Safe Dating — practical advice for dating safely, online and in person.
- Privacy Policy — how we handle your personal data.
- Cookies Policy — how we use cookies and similar technologies.
- Terms of Use — the agreement between Polaris Nexus LLC and our members.
- Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy — how subscriptions, refunds and cancellations work.
- DMCA Policy — how to report copyright infringement.
- Legal Notice — who operates the Platform, and under what law.
3. How We Keep the Platform Safe
Our approach combines technology, human review and community participation. No single layer does the job — the strength is in the combination.
3.1 Checks at registration
Every new member goes through age and identity checks built to keep minors and fake accounts out from day one. The full process is in our Age Verification Policy.
3.2 Automated monitoring
Automated tools scan profile content, photos, private messages and forum posts for prohibited material, escort-service language, scam indicators and trafficking signals. When something serious is flagged, a person reviews it before any final decision.
3.3 Human review
Our Trust & Safety team is trained to catch what automation misses — subtle coercion, grooming, scam scripts, coded language. They review reports, decide on action and document every call.
3.4 Community reporting
Members are our best early-warning system. Every profile, message and post has a Report button, and the more detail you give, the faster we can act (see Section 5).
3.5 Continuous improvement
Abuse patterns evolve constantly, so we review our processes regularly, update our automated rules and adapt to new threats and new legal requirements as they appear.
4. Tools That Keep You Safe
Beyond what we do platform-wide, every member has safety tools to use directly.
4.1 Built-in video call
Before meeting anyone in person, use the built-in video call. A short call is the simplest, most effective way to confirm the person you’ve been chatting with is real and matches their profile. If someone won’t do a brief call after a reasonable amount of conversation, treat it as a red flag.
4.2 Blocking and muting
Block any user at any time, with no explanation needed — a blocked user can’t message you, see your profile or interact with you at all. You can also mute conversations quietly, without notifying the other person.
4.3 Visibility controls
You decide what’s visible on your profile, and to whom. See our Privacy Policy for what other members can and can’t see.
4.4 Verification badges
Members who complete optional identity verification show a verification badge — a trust signal for the rest of the community.
4.5 Safety prompts
In some situations — say, when you’re about to share contact details off-Platform, or when a conversation shows scam patterns — you may see an in-app safety prompt. Read it before you act.
5. Verification and Authenticity
Authentic profiles are the foundation of trust. We work on authenticity in three directions:
- Removing fake accounts. Automation and human review continuously hunt down and remove fake profiles, recycled photos and impersonators.
- Helping you verify real ones. Verification badges, video calls and the tips in our Safe Dating page give you the means to confirm who you’re talking to before you meet.
- Holding members accountable. Catfishing, impersonation and using someone else’s photos lead to immediate, permanent termination.
6. How to Report
If you see something that breaks our Community Guidelines or any other policy, report it.
6.1 In-platform reporting
Every profile, message and forum post has a Report button. Pick the reason that fits:
- Soliciting sexual services for money
- Suspected trafficking or exploitation
- A suspected minor on the Platform
- A fake profile or impersonation
- Fraud or a scam
- Harassment, threats or hate speech
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Other (with a free-text explanation)
The more detail you give, the faster we can act.
6.2 Email
For urgent or sensitive reports, email info@sugardaddyplanet.us:
- General trust & safety — subject line “Trust & Safety report”
- Urgent reports — subject line “URGENT — Trust & Safety report”
6.3 Response times
- Urgent reports (suspected minor, suspected trafficking, immediate threats): acknowledged within 24 hours and acted on as soon as possible.
- Other reports: acknowledged within 2 business days and resolved once the review is complete.
6.4 Confidentiality
Reports are confidential — we don’t reveal a reporter’s identity to the reported user. Where the law requires us to report to authorities, we share only what’s legally necessary.
6.5 In immediate danger
If you or someone else is in immediate physical danger, contact emergency services by calling 911 first, then report to us.
7. Appeals
If you think a moderation decision against your account was wrong, you can appeal. Email info@sugardaddyplanet.us with the subject line “Appeal” within 30 days of the decision, explaining why and including any supporting evidence.
We respond within 10 business days, and decisions on appeal are final. Decisions involving trafficking, exploitation, child sexual abuse material or serious fraud can’t be appealed. See our Community Guidelines for the full appeals process.

See our Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy for the full framework, and our Active Response Policy for how we handle legal and emergency requests.
10. Transparency and Accountability
Trust takes transparency. We commit to:
- Publishing clear policies — not walls of legalese, but rules you can actually read and understand.
- Documenting moderation decisions internally, so we can answer questions from regulators, courts and our community.
- Reviewing this Center regularly — adding resources and updating procedures as the Platform and the law evolve.
- Listening to our community. If there’s something we should do better, tell us at info@sugardaddyplanet.us.
