Please include (all required):

- Preliminary sources, if applicable.
- Author bio (50–80 words).
- A declaration of any conflicts of interest, sponsorships or affiliations.
- Estimated delivery date and proposed length.
Our response: we acknowledge receipt within 3–5 business days and confirm acceptance, adjustments or rejection.
Writing Guidelines
- Indicative length: 1,000–1,600 words (flexible if the subject requires it).
- Tone: realistic, clear, with no sensationalism or promises. Correct U.S. English and careful spelling.
- Structure: H2/H3 headings, short paragraphs, lists and examples. Add an opening summary and a useful conclusion.
- Links: up to 2–3 external, high-quality, non-commercial links; link to relevant blog articles where it helps the reader.
- Images: your own or properly licensed; include credits and alt text. Approx. format: 1200×675 px.
- Sources and data: link to reliable studies or regulations, and include the date.
- Privacy: use anonymized cases; never publish personally identifiable information.
- Prohibited content: explicit sexual content, promotion of sexual services, hate, scams, spam, “guaranteed results” and link building.
- You may use tools (including AI) for ideation or structuring, but the final text must be original and reviewed by you. We reserve the right to verify and edit.
Link and Authorship Policy

- In the body of the article, only relevant, non-promotional links; we reserve the right to apply rel=”nofollow” where appropriate.

Editorial Process
- Pitch review and focus adjustment.
- Submission of the draft (Google Docs, Markdown or simple HTML).
- Editing for style, legal compliance and clarity (we may request changes).
- Final approval, publication date and distribution.
- Later updates or corrections in line with our Correction Policy.
Rights and License
- Content must be original.
- Recommended temporary exclusivity: 90 days from publication (please do not republish the piece in full on other websites during this period; excerpts with a link to the original are welcome).
- You grant us a license to publish, edit and redistribute the piece on our channels, always with attribution to you as the author.
Compensation
Most contributions are published as guest posts: there is no payment, and in return you receive a byline with your author bio, a link and distribution across our channels. For certain commissioned pieces, a paid arrangement may be agreed in advance and in writing. We do not accept articles whose main purpose is link building.
