How do I register?
Registering is quick. On the create-profile page, fill in the required fields and read and accept the privacy policy. You’ll then receive a confirmation email to activate your account. If it doesn’t arrive, contact us at info@sugardaddyplanet.us.
How do I log in?
There’s a Login button at the top of the platform. Click it and a new tab opens where you sign in with your username and password, or your email and password. You can also log in directly here.
How do I recover my password?
Forgot your password? Recover it from the login page: click Recover Password, enter your email address, and you’ll receive an email to set a new one. You can also do it here.
How can I change my email address?
You can change your email from your profile, under the Settings tab. Remove the old address, enter the new one, and a confirmation message will be sent to your old email to approve the change — as in this screenshot:

How can I change my username?
In the Profile tab, click Edit to update your profile, including your username — as shown here:

How can I upload photos?
When you set up your profile you’ll need to add a photo — profiles without one are removed. To change it, tap your profile photo and the Change Photo button appears. To add photos to your album, use the Media tab, where you can share photos, videos and even music on your profile.

Why can’t I upload photos?
Sometimes the system won’t accept a photo that’s too large, too heavy or in an unsupported format. You can shrink the file with a free tool like tinyjpg (tinyjpg.com), or try a different photo. If you keep seeing errors, reach us through the contact form.
How many photos can I upload?
There’s no limit — upload as many as you like.
What photos are not allowed?
Group photos and photos showing minors aren’t allowed, and neither is anything that breaks our community and respect standards. That includes violent, sexually explicit or non-consensual nude images, plus anything that promotes hate, harassment, racism or discrimination. Photos that invade someone else’s privacy are also prohibited.
Why have my photos disappeared?
If photos vanish, a moderator may have removed them for breaking the site rules. If you disagree, email us at info@sugardaddyplanet.us.
Can I publish links to my social networks?
Because some profiles misused it, this option isn’t available. As a dating platform, we don’t allow promoting other social networks.
What is online verification and how does it work?
We don’t verify profiles at sign-up, but we do check suspicious or reported ones. If a moderator thinks a profile may be fake, we may ask for verification — done through a video call or a gesture photo — to confirm it’s real.
What are memberships and which ones are available?
The platform runs on a simple membership system: Sugar Daddies pay to chat with Sugar Babies. There are three plans — monthly (Bronze), quarterly (Silver) and annual (Gold). Sugar Babies get a free Enjoy Baby membership.
How are refunds made if requirements are met?
Approved refunds are returned to your bank account and take about 10 days. You can read the details in our Refund Policy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel from the Subscription tab in your profile; the system will ask you to confirm. Once you cancel and the paid period ends, you’ll no longer have access to messages.

What happens when my membership ends?
If you’ve canceled, your membership runs until the end of the paid period. After that, sending messages is turned off, and you’ll need to make another payment to continue.
How can I pay?
You can pay by credit, debit or prepaid card. Apple Pay, Link and Google Pay are also available. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
Is PayPal available as a payment method?
We don’t offer direct PayPal payment, but we do accept PayPal debit cards.
What does the green dot next to a username mean?
It means the user is online and you can chat with them. When you send a message, they’ll get a notification.
How can I block an unwanted profile?
Open the chat with the user, click the three dots in the top-right corner, and choose to block them. Once blocked, that user can’t message you again.

How can I remove blocks?
To unblock someone, open the three-dots menu, where you’ll find your list of blocked members.
What restrictions exist for non-subscribed members?
Without a subscription, you can’t chat.
How can I unsubscribe from notifications and newsletters?
You can turn off message notifications from the Notifications tab. To stop receiving newsletters, use the unsubscribe link in the email.
How can I delete messages or photos from my chat?
You can delete a message or photo by clicking it and choosing delete from the three-dots menu. You can also delete the whole conversation.
How can I report a member?
Every profile has a button you can use to report a member if you think they’re misusing the platform.

How can I contact members?
Each profile has a Send Message button. Sugar Daddies without a subscription can’t contact members — see the membership options here.
Is selling photos or paid video calls allowed?
No. Selling photos or promoting content-selling accounts isn’t allowed, and erotic video calls in exchange for payment aren’t permitted either.
Can other types of relationships be offered?
No. Sugar dating isn’t an online-only arrangement — it’s an in-person relationship.
Why am I not receiving new message notifications?
Sugar dating platforms don’t appear in the usual app stores, so our site runs in your browser. Browsers use push notifications, which you need to enable to receive alerts. Our user guide shows how to turn them on and set them up.
Why can’t I access my profile?
We use a geolocation system. If your IP is outside the United States, your profile may be removed or you may not be able to sign in. If you’ve lost your password and can’t recover it, email us at info@sugardaddyplanet.us or use our contact form.
How can I delete my account?
To delete your account, go to the Settings tab and choose Delete Profile. To cancel your subscription, you can also use the Settings tab under Subscription.
How long does it take for a profile to be approved?
Profiles are approved automatically, though our security system checks that photos and details are correct through email and photo verification.
Can I use a prepaid card for membership?
Yes, prepaid cards are accepted.
I didn’t receive the activation email — can you resend it?
First, check your Spam folder, since the email sometimes lands there. If you still can’t find it, email us at info@sugardaddyplanet.us or open a ticket through the contact form.
Why has my account been marked as spam?
In some cases our bot flags certain words to prevent sexual solicitation and similar misuse; in others, another user may have reported your profile. To find out the exact reason, contact us through the contact form or at info@sugardaddyplanet.us.
Suddenly I can’t send messages
If you send too many messages in a row, or repetitive ones, the system temporarily blocks your chat to prevent spam. You’ll need to wait about an hour before sending again.
