Cookies Policy

How Sugar Daddy Planet uses cookies and similar technologies, and the choices you have — including Global Privacy Control and California opt-out rights.

Last updated: August 28, 2026

This Cookies Policy explains how Polaris Nexus LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on sugardaddyplanet.us (the “Platform”). Read it with our Privacy Policy, which describes the personal information involved and your state privacy rights.

1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files a site stores on your device. They keep a session open, remember settings and help us see how the site is used. Similar tools — pixels, tags, local storage and software development kits (SDKs) — do comparable work. In this policy, “cookies” means all of them.

Cookies may be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by a provider such as an analytics company). Third-party cookies are also governed by that provider’s own policy.

2. Why We Use Cookies

We use cookies to:

  • Keep the Platform working and secure (login, session, load balancing, CSRF and similar protections).
  • Remember preferences, including language and cookie choices.
  • Measure traffic and performance so we can improve the site (for example, Google Analytics).
  • Support fraud prevention, spam controls and safety work.
  • Where enabled, measure or deliver advertising or affiliate attribution. If we do that, some disclosures may count as a “sale” or “sharing” under California law — see Section 6.

3. The Cookies We Use

Category What it does Examples Can you turn it off?
Strictly necessary Required to operate the site: sign-in, security, load balancing, remembering your session and storing your cookie choice. Session and authentication cookies; security tokens. No. The Platform will not work properly without them. They are not used for cross-context advertising.
Preference / functional Remembers choices such as language, display settings and non-essential preferences. UI or language cookies. Yes, via browser settings or any preference tool on the Platform.
Analytics / performance Helps us understand, usually in aggregate, how the site is used so we can fix errors and improve it. Google Analytics and similar measurement tools. Yes. You can also use Google’s own opt-out tools where available.
Advertising / affiliate If active, measures campaigns or attributes a visit to a partner. Under the CPRA this can be “sharing” or a “sale.” Ad or affiliate pixels, if we enable them. Yes. Use GPC, our preference controls, or the opt-out in Section 6. We do not use these cookies if you have opted out for that browser.
Third-party embeds Content from other sites (for example a video) may set its own cookies as if you visited that site. Embedded media, if present on a page. Yes, by blocking third-party cookies in your browser or not loading that embed.

The exact cookies on a visit can change as we add or remove providers. Payment pages and age verification (ONDATO) may set additional cookies or local storage that those providers need to complete the transaction or check. Those tools are described in our Privacy Policy and Age Verification Policy.

4. How Long Cookies Last

Session cookies expire when you close the browser. Persistent cookies remain for a set period or until you delete them. Lifespan depends on purpose: security and login cookies last for the session or a short renewal window; analytics cookies often last from a few months up to two years unless you clear them. Preference cookies last until you change the setting or clear storage.

5. Managing Cookies

You control cookies on your device. You can:

  • Delete or block cookies in browser settings. Help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge explain how. Blocking all cookies, including strictly necessary ones, will break login and checkout.
  • Use any cookie preference control we display on the Platform to turn off non-essential categories.
  • Send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal (Section 6).
  • Opt out of Google Analytics via Google’s browser add-on or ads settings, where Google offers them.

We do not treat the older “Do Not Track” (DNT) header as an opt-out. We do honor GPC, which is the signal U.S. state privacy laws recognize for sale/sharing opt-out.

An opt-out applies to that browser or device. It does not log you out of an account-level request you make by email under the Privacy Policy. If you use another device or clear cookies, you may need to set the choice again unless you use GPC or an account-level opt-out.

6. Do Not Sell or Share / Global Privacy Control

We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising cookies can still be a “sale” or “sharing” under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar state laws, because they disclose identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If you are a California resident — or a resident of another state that grants an opt-out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising — you can opt out by:

  • Enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser or a supported extension. We treat a GPC signal as a request to opt out of sale or sharing for that browser and device; or
  • Using the cookie preference controls on the Platform, when shown; or
  • Emailing info@sugardaddyplanet.us with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share,” as described in our Privacy Policy.

After an opt-out we will not use non-essential advertising or sharing cookies on that browser. Strictly necessary cookies, payment processing, age verification and security tools continue to run. Details on categories of personal information and how to exercise access, deletion and correction rights are in the Privacy Policy — this page only covers cookies and the sale/sharing opt-out that cookies trigger.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookies Policy when our tools or the law change. The “Last updated” date shows the version in force. Material changes will be communicated as described in the Privacy Policy.
