Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines apply to every profile, message, photo and forum post on sugardaddyplanet.us (the “Platform”). They sit with our Terms of Use, Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy, Age Verification Policy and Trust & Safety Center. If a Guideline and the Terms of Use differ, the Terms of Use control.

1. The Standard

Sugar Daddy Planet is a private, adults-only social network for consenting adults. We expect courtesy, honesty and compliance with U.S. law. We do not run an escort service, we do not arrange meetings and we do not process payments between members. You are responsible for what you post and for how you treat other people — on the Platform and when you choose to meet them.

The Platform is strictly 18+. If the age of majority in your state is higher than 18, that higher age applies. There are no exceptions.

2. Be Respectful

Treat every member with ordinary courtesy. These are prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, stalking, doxxing or repeated unwanted contact after someone has asked you to stop.
• Threats of violence or of sharing intimate images.
• Hate speech or slurs based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age or veteran status.
• Xenophobic or discriminatory comments. We remove that content and may ban on a first offense.
• Sexual comments or images sent to someone who has not invited them, including unsolicited nude photos.
• Abuse of staff or moderators.

Flirting between consenting adults is allowed. Pressure, humiliation and coercion are not.

3. Be Authentic

• Use your own photos. Do not use another person’s image, a celebrity, a stolen gallery or a heavily misleading filter that hides who you are.
• Do not impersonate anyone or run a fake, duplicate or bot account.
• Do not lie about being 18+ or about material facts used to get someone to meet or send money.
• One person, one account, for personal use. Do not sell, rent or hand the account to someone else.

We may ask you to complete age verification. Refusing, faking a document or using someone else’s ID is grounds for immediate removal. See the Age Verification Policy.

4. Be Lawful — What the Platform Is Not

The Platform is for companionship and dating between adults. It is not a marketplace for sex, escorting or paid in-person encounters. You may not, on or through the Platform:

• Offer, solicit, advertise or arrange prostitution, escorting, “paid dates” that are commercial sex, or any sex-for-consideration deal — including coded terms, rate lists, PPM framed as pay-for-sex, or links to escort sites.
• Recruit, advertise or move a person for trafficking or commercial sex.
• Post, request or share child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving anyone under 18, or “age play” that sexualizes minors. That content is reported to NCMEC and law enforcement as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
• Share non-consensual intimate images (revenge porn) or threaten to do so.
• Run scams, romance fraud, advance-fee schemes, pyramid or investment pitches, or demand money or crypto as a condition of contact.
• Launder money, traffic drugs or commit any other crime.

Talking about lifestyle, generosity or dating preferences is not the same as selling sex. Crossing into commercial sex, escorting or exploitation is a ban. Details: Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy.

5. Profiles, Photos, Messages and Forum

• Keep public profiles and the forum free of explicit pornographic images. The forum is not for contact ads; use the social network for that.
• Do not post another member’s private messages, photos or personal data off the Platform or in a public thread.
• Do not screenshot, record or republish another user’s content.
• No spam, duplicate posts, scrapers or mass-outbound scripts.
• No advertising of outside sites we reasonably consider harmful to the community (phishing, piracy, competing escort boards, etc.).
• Do not publish your own or anyone else’s government ID, full address or financial account numbers in a public field.

Forum-specific rules in the Terms of Use still apply: no attacks on the team, no illegal links, follow the moderators.

6. If You Meet Offline

We do not arrange, supervise or guarantee meetings. If you choose to meet:

• Tell a friend where you are going. Meet first in a public place. Arrange your own travel.
• Do not send money, gift cards or crypto to someone you have not independently verified.
• Leave if you feel unsafe. Call 911 in an emergency.

More practical advice is in the Trust & Safety Center. You assume the risk of off-platform contact, as stated in the Terms of Use.

7. How to Report

Use the in-platform Report control on a profile, message or post when you can. You can also email info@sugardaddyplanet.us.

• Suspected minor: subject line “URGENT — Suspected minor.” We treat that as an emergency.
• Trafficking or imminent harm: contact local law enforcement or 911 first if someone is in immediate danger, then tell us.
• Copyright: use the DMCA Policy, not the general report form.

Good-faith reports are welcome. Weaponized or repeated false reports can themselves be a Guidelines violation.

8. Enforcement

We may act on a report, on automated signals or on what we see in moderation. Actions depend on severity and history and may include:

• A warning or content removal.
• Limits on messaging, forum posting or visibility.
• Suspension.
• Permanent ban, including during any trial.
• Referral to law enforcement or NCMEC where the law requires or permits it.

Hate speech, sexual content involving minors, trafficking and clear escort/prostitution ads are typically removed immediately and may be a first-offense ban. We are not obligated to monitor every message. A decision to act — or not to act — in one case does not waive our right to act in another.

Bans for cause do not include a refund. See the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

If you think we got a moderation decision wrong, write to info@sugardaddyplanet.us with “Moderation appeal” in the subject and the username involved. We will review when we reasonably can. Appeals are not a delay tactic for accounts removed for child-safety or trafficking reasons.

9. Changes

We may update these Guidelines. The “Last updated” date is the version in force. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Guidelines.
