Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy
Sugar Daddy Planet has zero tolerance for human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and any attempt to misuse the platform for prostitution or escort services. This policy sets out what the platform is, the conduct we forbid outright, and how we prevent, detect, respond to and report violations.
Last updated: June 17, 2026
Polaris Nexus LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) runs the website sugardaddyplanet.us (“the Platform”) and holds itself to the strictest standards when it comes to preventing human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and any misuse of an online platform for prostitution or escort services.
This Policy lays out what the Platform is and is not, the conduct we forbid, how we stop and catch abuse, how you can flag a concern, and how we work with law enforcement and specialized organizations. Read it together with our Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, Age Verification Policy and Trust & Safety Center.
1. What Sugar Daddy Planet Is — and What It Isn’t
Sugar Daddy Planet is a private social network for adults interested in mutually agreed companionship and dating within the sugar lifestyle. It exists so adults can meet, talk, and decide for themselves whether a personal relationship is worth pursuing.
It is expressly not:
- An escort service or escort agency.
- A place to sell or buy sexual services.
- A venue for trading money, gifts or anything of value for specific sexual acts.
- A broker or middleman for any commercial sexual transaction.
- A marketplace for sexual content of any kind.
Using the Platform for any of these ends is strictly forbidden and leads to immediate, permanent account closure, preservation of evidence and, where warranted, a report to the competent authorities.
2. We Do Not Tolerate Trafficking or Exploitation
We draw a hard line against:
- Human trafficking of any kind — sex trafficking and labor trafficking alike.
- Any sexual exploitation of minors (we enforce a strict 18+ requirement; see our Age Verification Policy).
- Forced prostitution, coercion and any form of involuntary servitude.
- Grooming, manipulating, deceiving or coercing anyone for sexual or exploitative ends.
- Recruiting trafficking victims through the Platform.
Anyone who takes part in, helps with, encourages or even attempts any of this is banned immediately and permanently, with evidence preserved and the matter referred to law enforcement.
3. Conduct We Prohibit on the Platform
3.1 Selling or buying sex for money
This covers, among other things:
- Putting a price on sexual acts or on any specific physical encounter.
- Negotiating cash or in-kind payment in exchange for particular sexual acts.
- Proposing, requesting or organizing “pay-per-meet,” “PPM” or any similar arrangement where money hinges on a sexual outcome.
- Publishing rates, price lists or “menus” of any sort.
- Borrowing escort-style vocabulary (for example “rates,” “donations,” “tribute for time,” “rose” or coded stand-ins).
The difference is simple: sugar dating means consensual, personal relationships between adults — not the sale of sex. Generosity inside a personal relationship is a private matter for those involved; paid sexual services have no place here.
3.2 Promoting escort or commercial sexual services
- Sharing contact details that funnel users to escort sites, paid sexual-content sites or any commercial sexual service.
- Promoting outside services that sell or enable the sale of sexual acts.
3.3 Posting explicit sexual material
- Uploading or circulating pornographic photos or video through profile pictures, chat or any other feature.
- Pressing other users for explicit sexual content.
3.4 Anything that looks like trafficking
- Profiles or messages hinting that a third party is offering or “managing” the user.
- Signs that a user is being controlled, coached or forced to interact here.
- Any effort to recruit, transport, harbor or otherwise traffic a person, including across state or national lines.
3.5 Anything involving minors
- Any sexual or romantic approach aimed at, or involving, a minor.
- Any attempt by an adult to find, contact or groom a minor.
- Sharing or requesting child sexual abuse material (CSAM), which is a crime in every U.S. jurisdiction and is reported to the authorities at once.
3.6 Money laundering and financial abuse
- Using the Platform to launder money, move illicit funds or enable fraud.
- Coercing another user into sending money, handing over account access or sharing financial information.
4. How We Catch and Prevent Abuse
Our defenses work in several layers.
4.1 At sign-up
- Age verification — detailed in our Age Verification Policy.
- Identity signals — phone, email and device data are screened against known fraud and abuse patterns.
- Policy acceptance — every new member must agree to our Terms of Use, Community Guidelines and this Policy before joining.
4.2 Automated monitoring
- Content scanning — profile text, photos, forum posts and private messages run through automated tools that look for banned language (including coded escort phrasing), explicit imagery, price-like terms and trafficking indicators.
- Behavioral analysis — bulk messaging, abrupt location jumps, payment irregularities or coordinated account activity get flagged for a closer look.
- Image analysis — photos are checked for explicit content and matched against databases of known abusive material where applicable.
4.3 Human review
A flag from our automated systems never decides anything on its own — our Trust & Safety team reviews it before any final call. When a violation is confirmed, we act under this Policy.
4.4 Member reports
Anyone can report a profile, message or piece of content using the Report button found throughout the Platform. Reports are read by a person and ranked by severity — see Section 6.
4.5 Keeping bans in place
Suspended or terminated accounts don’t get to come back. We keep signals (device, IP, payment, identity) within the limits of the law to stop banned accounts from reopening.
5. What a Violation Costs You
A confirmed breach of this Policy means:
- Immediate, permanent account closure, with no refund (see our Refund Policy).
- Evidence kept for as long as the law or the authorities require.
- A report to law enforcement where the conduct is a crime.
- A report to specialized organizations in cases of trafficking, exploitation or content involving minors.
- Civil action for damages or an injunction where appropriate.
We do not negotiate the reinstatement of accounts closed for breaching this Policy.
6. Reporting a Problem
If you run into conduct that may breach this Policy, report it right away — every report helps keep other members safe.
6.1 From inside the Platform
Use the Report button on every profile, message and forum post, and pick the reason that fits best:
- Soliciting sexual services for money
- Suspected trafficking or exploitation
- A suspected minor on the Platform
- Fraud or a scam
- Harassment or threats
- Something else (with a free-text note)
The more detail you add, the quicker we can move.
6.2 By email
For urgent or sensitive reports, write to info@sugardaddyplanet.us with the subject line “URGENT — Trust & Safety report.” We aim to acknowledge urgent reports within 24 hours and act on confirmed violations as fast as we can.
6.3 Confidentiality
We keep reports confidential and never reveal a reporter’s identity to the person reported. Where the law requires us to notify the authorities, we share only what is legally necessary.
7. Working With Law Enforcement and Authorities
Polaris Nexus LLC cooperates with law enforcement and the competent authorities on preventing, detecting and investigating human trafficking, sexual exploitation, crimes against minors, fraud, money laundering and other criminal conduct.
7.1 Responding to legal requests
We respond promptly to:
- Valid subpoenas, court orders and search warrants from competent U.S. authorities.
- Emergency disclosure requests where there is a credible risk of imminent harm, as U.S. law allows (including 18 U.S.C. § 2702).
7.2 Mandatory reporting
We report child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and we report suspected trafficking, exploitation or other serious crimes to the appropriate U.S. authorities.
7.3 Going beyond the minimum
Where we spot credible threats to our members or to the public, we may share information with law enforcement or anti-trafficking organizations on our own initiative, beyond what the law strictly requires.
8. The Laws Behind This Policy
This Policy is built to comply with, among others:
- FOSTA-SESTA — the Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act / Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act (18 U.S.C. § 1591 and § 2421A).
- The Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) and its reauthorizations.
- 18 U.S.C. § 2258A on the reporting of child sexual exploitation.
- Applicable U.S. state laws covering trafficking, exploitation and online safety.
Nothing here limits any duty that mandatory law places on us.
9. Help for Victims
If you or someone you know might be a victim of trafficking or exploitation, please reach a specialized helpline. These U.S. resources are widely available:
- National Human Trafficking Hotline: 1-888-373-7888, or text 233733 (BeFree) — humantraffickinghotline.org
- Polaris Project: polarisproject.org
If you are in immediate danger, call 911 first.
10. Our Team and Internal Standards
Our Trust & Safety team is trained to spot trafficking indicators, escort-service language, grooming behavior and signs of coercion. We document and regularly review our internal procedures, escalation paths and decision logs. Trust and safety is a core part of how the Platform runs, not an add-on.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Policy to reflect changes in the law, in technology or in our own practices. The “Last updated” date at the top shows which version is in force, and we will announce material changes through our usual channels with reasonable notice.
