Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy

Zero tolerance for human trafficking, sexual exploitation, prostitution and escorting. What the Platform is, what we forbid, and how we prevent, detect, report and respond.

Polaris Nexus LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates sugardaddyplanet.us (the “Platform”). This Policy states our rules against human trafficking, sexual exploitation, prostitution and escorting. Read it with our Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, Age Verification Policy and Trust & Safety Center. If this Policy and the Terms of Use differ, the Terms of Use control except where a criminal statute cannot be waived.

1. What Sugar Daddy Planet Is — and Is Not

The Platform is a private, adults-only social network. It hosts profiles, browsing, paid messaging and a forum so consenting adults can talk and decide for themselves whether to pursue a personal relationship.

We provide software and hosting. We are not:

  • An escort service, escort agency or brothel.
  • A marketplace for sexual services or commercial sex acts.
  • A broker, dispatcher or payment intermediary between users.
  • A venue for trading money, gifts or anything of value for a specific sexual act.
  • A site that arranges, supervises or guarantees meetings.

Using the Platform to offer, solicit, advertise, arrange or facilitate any of the above is forbidden. A confirmed violation means immediate, permanent closure, preservation of relevant evidence and, where warranted, a report to law enforcement or NCMEC.

2. Zero Tolerance for Trafficking and Exploitation

We prohibit, and will act on:

  • Sex trafficking and labor trafficking, including recruiting, harboring, transporting, providing, obtaining, advertising or soliciting a person for a commercial sex act by force, fraud or coercion, or where the person is under 18.
  • Any sexual exploitation of a minor. The Platform is 18+ only. See the Age Verification Policy.
  • Forced prostitution, debt bondage or involuntary servitude.
  • Grooming, deception or coercion for sexual or exploitative ends.
  • Using an account to “manage,” pimp or control another person’s contacts.

Taking part in, assisting, encouraging or attempting this conduct is a first-offense permanent ban.

3. Conduct We Prohibit on the Platform

3.1 Commercial sex and escorting

You may not, on or through the Platform:

  • Put a price on a sexual act or on a specific in-person sexual encounter.
  • Negotiate cash, crypto, gifts or “donations” in exchange for a particular sexual act.
  • Propose, request or organize pay-per-meet / PPM or similar deals where payment is tied to sex.
  • Publish rates, menus, hourly fees or coded stand-ins (“roses,” “tribute for time,” “donation for the hour”).
  • Advertise yourself or anyone else as an escort, companion-for-hire for sex, or outcall/incall sexual service.

Adults may talk about lifestyle, dating and generosity inside a personal relationship. That is not a license to sell or buy sex. If the thread is commercial sex, it is banned — including when the wording is coded.

3.2 Promoting outside commercial-sex services

  • Linking or steering users to escort sites, paid in-person sexual services or trafficking boards.
  • Using the Platform as a lead-gen channel for those businesses.

Promoting your own lawful adult content site is not the same as arranging in-person commercial sex. In-person commercial sex is the line.

3.3 Explicit sexual material used to sell encounters

  • Pornographic profile photos or forum posts (the forum forbids erotic content).
  • Pressuring someone for nudes or sexual files.
  • Non-consensual intimate images, or threatening to share them.

3.4 Trafficking indicators

  • A third party speaking for, “booking” or “managing” the account holder.
  • Signs the person on the account is being scripted, watched or forced.
  • Recruiting, moving or harboring a person for commercial sex, including across state lines.

3.5 Minors

  • Any sexual or romantic contact aimed at someone under 18.
  • Seeking, grooming or role-playing sex with a minor, including “age play” that sexualizes children.
  • Creating, requesting or sharing child sexual abuse material (CSAM). That is a federal crime. We report it to NCMEC under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A and to law enforcement.

3.6 Fraud and financial abuse

  • Romance scams, advance-fee schemes or demanding money or crypto as a condition of contact.
  • Using the Platform to move illicit funds.
  • Coercing someone into sending money or handing over account or financial access.

4. How We Prevent and Detect Abuse

No system catches everything. We combine rules, tools and human review. These measures do not make us the author of user content and do not create a duty to monitor every message.

4.1 At sign-up

  • Age verification as described in the Age Verification Policy.
  • Screening of email, device and related signals against known abuse patterns.
  • Required acceptance of the Terms of Use, Community Guidelines and this Policy.

4.2 Tools and review

  • Automated scans of public profile text, photos and forum posts for banned terms, explicit imagery, rate-like language and trafficking indicators.
  • Review of private messages when a report, safety signal or legal duty gives us a reason to look — and, where we use automated filters on messages, human review before a permanent ban for an ambiguous case.
  • Flags for bulk messaging, stacked accounts, payment abuse or coordinated behavior.
  • Image checks for explicit content and, where available, matching against known CSAM hash sets.

4.3 Member reports

Use Report on a profile, message or post. A person reviews reports, with priority for minors, trafficking and imminent harm.

4.4 Repeat offenders

Closed accounts are not entitled to return. We may keep device, payment and identity signals as allowed by law to block ban evasion.

5. Consequences

A confirmed breach of this Policy typically means:

  • Immediate, permanent account closure and no refund (Refund Policy).
  • Removal of the violating content.
  • Retention of relevant records for legal, safety and reporting purposes.
  • A report to NCMEC where CSAM or child sexual exploitation is involved.
  • A report to law enforcement where the conduct appears criminal.
  • Civil remedies if we pursue them.

We do not reinstate accounts closed for trafficking, CSAM or confirmed commercial-sex solicitation. Other moderation appeals follow the Community Guidelines.

6. How to Report

6.1 In the Platform

Open Report and choose the closest reason:

  • Soliciting sexual services for money / escorting
  • Suspected trafficking or exploitation
  • Suspected minor
  • Fraud or scam
  • Harassment or threats
  • Other (add detail)

6.2 By email

  • Minors: subject URGENT — Suspected minor
  • Trafficking or exploitation: subject URGENT — Trust & Safety report

We aim to acknowledge urgent reports within 24 hours. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 first, then tell us.

6.3 Confidentiality

We do not identify a reporter to the reported user. If we must notify authorities, we share what the law requires or what is needed to address imminent harm.

7. Law Enforcement and Mandatory Reports

We respond to valid U.S. subpoenas, court orders and warrants. Where U.S. law allows (including 18 U.S.C. § 2702), we may make an emergency disclosure if there is a credible risk of imminent harm.

We report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. We report suspected trafficking and other serious crimes to appropriate authorities. We may also share information with anti-trafficking organizations when we reasonably believe it will help a victim and the law allows it.

8. The Laws Behind This Policy

This Policy is written to sit alongside, among others:

  • 18 U.S.C. § 1591 (sex trafficking) and the Trafficking Victims Protection Act and its reauthorizations.
  • FOSTA-SESTA, including 18 U.S.C. § 2421A (promoting or facilitating prostitution through an interactive computer service) and related civil provisions.
  • 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (NCMEC reporting) and federal child-exploitation statutes.
  • Applicable state laws on trafficking, prostitution and online safety.

Nothing in this Policy limits a duty that mandatory law places on us. Nothing here is a promise that every violation will be seen before a user reports it.

10. Internal Standards

Trust & Safety staff are instructed on trafficking indicators, commercial-sex language, grooming and coercion, and on when to escalate to NCMEC or law enforcement. We review procedures from time to time. That work is part of running the Platform; it is not a warranty that abuse cannot occur.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date is the version in force. Material changes will be announced through the Platform or another reasonable channel.
