Age Verification Policy
Sugar Daddy Planet is strictly for adults. This policy explains how we confirm the age of our users, why it matters, what data is involved, and what happens if a minor is found.
Last updated: June 17, 2026
Polaris Nexus LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) runs the website sugardaddyplanet.us (“the Platform”) and is firmly committed to keeping it accessible to adults only.
Read this Policy together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy and Trust & Safety Center.
1. The Age Requirement
To register for, access or use the Platform, you must be:
- At least 18 years old, or
- The age of legal majority in your state of residence, if that is higher than 18.
There are no exceptions — this is an adults-only platform. Any account found to belong to a minor is deleted at once and for good, with relevant evidence preserved and, where applicable, a report made to the competent authorities.
2. Why We Check Age
Verifying age is essential so that we can:
- Keep minors away from content and interactions that aren’t appropriate for them.
- Meet our obligations under U.S. federal law and the growing list of state laws that mandate age verification for adult-oriented online services.
- Shield adult members from any exposure to interactions or content involving minors.
- Back up our Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy, where protecting minors is a central goal.
A robust age-verification process isn’t optional for us — it is both an ethical commitment and a legal duty.
3. How Verification Works
We verify age in several layers, combining what you declare, automated signals, and — when needed — third-party checks against official documents.
3.1 Declaring your age at sign-up
When you create an account, you must:
- Enter your date of birth.
- Confirm outright that you are at least 18 (or older if your state requires it).
- Accept the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and this Age Verification Policy.
Giving false age information breaches our Terms of Use and, in many jurisdictions, can also be a crime.
3.2 Automated signal checks
Automated tools look for signals that a minor may be using the Platform, such as:
- Declared ages that don’t match across different parts of a profile.
- Photos in which someone clearly appears to be under 18.
- Language or content cues that point to a minor.
- Reports from other members.
- Device, IP and payment signals linked to minors.
Whenever a signal like this turns up, we suspend the account for further verification — or terminate it outright if the indicators are conclusive.
3.3 Document and selfie verification
We require identity verification with an official, government-issued document in these cases:
- Members in states whose law requires age verification for adult-oriented online services.
- Accounts flagged by our automated signal checks.
- Accounts that other members have reported over age concerns.
- Members who want a “verified” badge on their profile.
- Any other situation where, in our reasonable judgment, extra assurance is warranted.
These checks run through ONDATO, a specialized third-party provider that matches the submitted document against a live selfie to confirm the document belongs to the person using it. ONDATO works under a data processing agreement and applies its own independent security and privacy standards. We accept passports, state-issued ID cards and driver’s licenses; expired documents, or any showing signs of tampering, are rejected.
3.4 We keep checking
Verification isn’t a one-and-done step. Accounts are reassessed over time:
- A new report prompts a fresh review.
- Significant profile changes — a different date of birth or state, for instance — trigger re-verification.
- We sample accounts at random to keep quality high and deter abuse.
4. What Data Is Involved
Depending on the path, verification involves processing the following personal data:
| Verification step | Data processed |
|---|---|
| Self-declaration | Date of birth and a confirmation checkbox |
| Signal-based checks | Profile content, photos, activity signals, IP and device |
| Document + selfie | Image of an official document, a live selfie, the identity details on the document (name, date of birth, document number, expiry date), and the verification result |
We process this data to confirm age and, where relevant, identity; to meet our legal obligations; and to protect minors and the integrity of the Platform. It is retained for the periods set out in our Privacy Policy (verification data: the life of the account plus two years).
We do not use facial recognition to track anyone over time, and we carry out no biometric profiling beyond the single purpose of one-off age and identity verification. Once a check is finished, biometric data is deleted or returned to the provider under its own retention policy, and only the verification result stays in our systems. Any biometric information is handled in line with applicable U.S. state biometric-privacy laws. See our Privacy Policy for more.
5. When We Find a Minor
If we determine, or have reasonable grounds to believe, that an account belongs to a minor, we:
- Suspend the account immediately.
- Email the registered address with the reason and, where appropriate (for example, when a signal is ambiguous), a chance to provide age verification.
- Delete the account permanently if the suspicion is confirmed or no satisfactory verification arrives within a reasonable time.
- Erase the minor’s personal data, keeping only what is strictly necessary to evidence compliance, as our Privacy Policy describes.
- Look into related activity, including any adult users who may have interacted with the minor.
- Report to the authorities under our Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy and applicable law — including NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children) where child sexual abuse material is involved, under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, and U.S. law enforcement in the jurisdictions concerned.
- Permanently block the associated signals (IP, device, payment) to prevent re-registration.
6. Adults Who Target Minors
We apply zero tolerance to any adult member who:
- Tries to find, contact, groom or interact with a minor in a sexual or romantic way.
- Keeps a conversation going after a reasonable sign that the other person is a minor, instead of ending it and reporting it.
- Solicits or shares content involving minors.
Confirmed cases bring immediate, permanent termination of the adult’s account, loss of any unused subscription time (see our Refund Policy), evidence preservation, and reports to law enforcement and NCMEC where applicable.
7. Flagging a Suspected Minor
If you think a user might be a minor, report it straight away — the sooner the report, the more effective the intervention. You can report:
- With the Report button on the profile or message, choosing “Suspected minor on the Platform.”
- By email to info@sugardaddyplanet.us with the subject line “URGENT — Suspected minor.”
We aim to acknowledge and act on these reports within 24 hours, and we keep them confidential — the reporter’s identity is never shared with the reported user.
8. State and Federal Age-Assurance Laws
This Policy is built to support compliance with U.S. federal law and with applicable state age-verification laws for adult-oriented online services. A growing number of states — among them Louisiana, Texas, Utah and Virginia — now require age verification for services that offer adult-oriented content.
Where a state’s law calls for a particular verification method, we apply that method to users in that state. As these legal frameworks keep changing, we review and update this Policy and our verification flows to match.
9. No System Is Perfect
No age-verification system is flawless. We commit to using the best technical and organizational measures reasonably available at any time, to improving our verification flows as technology and regulation evolve, and to acting in good faith on every report and signal.
This is a platform for adults. Anyone who tries to get around age verification — by submitting forged documents, registering for a minor, or knowingly helping a minor get access — seriously breaches our Terms of Use and may also be committing a crime.
10. For Parents, Guardians and Educators
If you are a parent or guardian who suspects that a minor in your care has created an account here, contact us right away at info@sugardaddyplanet.us with the subject line “Parental request — minor on the Platform.” We will:
- Investigate without delay.
- Suspend or delete any account belonging to a minor.
- Erase the minor’s personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
- Cooperate reasonably, within the limits of applicable law and other users’ privacy rights.
Educators, child-protection professionals and organizations with concerns about a specific account are welcome to use the same channel.
11. Records and Accountability
We keep internal records of verification attempts and their outcomes (success, failure, manual review), reports of suspected minors and the actions taken, and any re-verifications prompted by signals or reports. These records support regulatory inquiries, audits and our own continuous improvement, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Age Verification Policy to reflect changes in the law, in technology or in our verification practices. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the version in force, and we will announce material changes through our usual channels with reasonable notice.
