These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sugardaddyplanet.us (“the Platform”), operated by Polaris Nexus LLC. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Community Guidelines, Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy, Age Verification Policy and Legal Notice.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By accessing or using the Platform, you accept these Terms and any additional conditions that apply to specific features. You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your state, if that is higher — to register or use the Platform; see our Age Verification Policy. If you don’t agree to these Terms, please don’t use the Platform.

2. The Service and Plans

Sugar Daddy Planet is a private, adults-only social network. We offer the following plans:

• Free access — view profiles and read the forum. You can’t send private messages or post in the forum.
• Monthly access — full access to the social network and forum, including posting in the forum and sending private messages, for the subscription month.
• Quarterly access — the same access, billed every three months.
• Annual access — the same access, for one year.

Prices shown include any applicable U.S. sales tax. Free accounts can browse, but features reserved for paid subscribers stay locked until you subscribe.

3. Payment and Auto-Renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can pay with the card and payment methods shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time, in a few clicks, directly from your account: cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the current period, and there is no minimum commitment. For the steps, see our Cancellation Policy. Our cancellation process is designed to meet U.S. automatic-renewal laws (ROSCA and applicable state laws).

4. Refunds

When you subscribe, you are paying for access to paid features — such as the ability to send private messages — for the subscription period, not for each message or each use. Because that access begins immediately, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once it starts, except in the situations described in our Refund Policy. If your account is terminated for breaking these Terms or our policies, no refund is given.

5. Acceptable Use

The Platform is for lawful, respectful use between consenting adults. When using it, you agree to:

• Use the content lawfully, and never for illegal purposes.
• Not screenshot, download, copy or record other users’ profile content or photos.
• Keep other users’ content and conversations confidential, and not share them outside the Platform.
• Not attack, overload, hack or otherwise interfere with the Platform.
• Not insult or violate the rights of other users, creators or our team. We act especially firmly against xenophobic or discriminatory comments — these lead to immediate removal — and against scams, pyramid schemes and any fraudulent or bad-faith content.
• Keep messages, conversations and files shared on the Platform on the Platform; they may not be quoted, referenced or shared outside it, except through channels we provide, such as email notifications.

6. Forum Rules

If you use the forum, these rules apply:

• No contact ads — that’s what the social network is for.
• No attacks on the Platform or our team.
• No erotic or pornographic content.
• No advertising of websites we consider unnecessary or that undermine the Platform.
• No repeated or duplicate posts.
• No obscene, offensive or illegal messages.
• No links to illegal content, pirated software, serial numbers or anything that infringes copyright.
• Follow our moderators and administrators. Users who disrupt the forum — through repeated complaints, or by ignoring the moderators or the rules — may be sanctioned or removed depending on severity. Concerns about moderation should be raised privately with the moderator and, if unresolved, with our administrators. Administrators and moderators decide whether a message is acceptable.
• Anyone can report a breach of the forum rules to our team, who will take appropriate action.

7. Your Content and Privacy

Parts of the Platform let you post information and communicate with others — for example, the forum, your profile and your own content. Anything you post in public areas may be visible to others; private messages between users are not public. Please don’t post your own personal data, or anyone else’s, in public areas — if you publish your email alongside a public comment, for instance, you may receive unwanted messages. You can edit or delete what you’ve posted at any time.

To help keep the Platform secure, we may store technical data such as your approximate location, browser type and operating system, your site settings (including cookies) and your purchase history. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

These Terms don’t transfer any intellectual-property rights in the Platform or its content. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or otherwise exploit the Platform’s content without permission, except as the law allows. 9. Communications, Offers and Contests

By registering, you agree that we may send you service messages — about your account, your transactions and interactions on the Platform (such as new messages or someone contacting you). We may also send newsletters and offers; you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email or your account settings. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still need to contact you about transactions and your account.

On certain dates we may promote offers to new or existing users through our home page or newsletters. These offers are specific and create no entitlement or compensation for other registered users. From time to time we may run promotions or contests and may ask for the information needed to deliver any prize.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breaking these Terms, our Community Guidelines or our Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy, or for conduct that threatens the Platform, its content, its users or our team. In those cases, no refund is given, and we may pursue any legal remedies available to us. 11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee that you’ll find a match or any particular outcome, and we don’t vouch for any user’s identity, intentions or conduct. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Polaris Nexus LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, the conduct of other users, or third-party services. 12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute will be handled in the appropriate courts of the United States. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the Platform, and we’ll communicate material changes through our usual channels. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
