Who owns Sugar Daddy Planet USA

Sugar Daddy Planet USA is the U.S. product. Sister sites in other countries are separate properties. The legal person behind this domain is Polaris Nexus LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We are the merchant of record for subscriptions billed on this site. Company identification also sits on the Legal Notice and About us.

We are not a public company. We do not sell seats on the safety team to advertisers. We do not take a cut of money members send each other — the Platform is not a payment rail between users.

How Sugar Daddy Planet USA is funded

The site is a social network with a free layer and paid plans. Cash comes from three buckets:

• Subscriptions. Premium plans buy tools on the network (reach, filters, messaging limits — the live list is on How it works). Auto-renewal, cancel-online, and refunds are in the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

How we label paid speech

• A paid article says Sponsored Content or Paid Collaboration above the headline.
• If a link pays us when you click through, the piece says so up front.
• House ads and partner units sit outside the editorial column so they do not look like a reported story.

That tracking is meant to line up with the FTC’s endorsement guides. If a label is missing, email us with the URL and the subject Ad disclosure.

Conflicts of interest

If a sponsor, affiliate deal, or other business tie could color a story, we say so in that story.
