Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, share and protect your personal information when you use Sugar Daddy Planet. This notice also serves as our U.S. notice at collection.
Last updated: August 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Polaris Nexus LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you use sugardaddyplanet.us and related features (the “Platform”). It is intended to meet U.S. state privacy laws that apply to us, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. Read it with our Cookies Policy, Age Verification Policy, Legal Notice and Terms of Use.
1. Who We Are
The Platform is operated by Polaris Nexus LLC, 1621 Central Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. We process personal information in the United States and under U.S. law. Privacy requests: info@sugardaddyplanet.us.
2. Information We Collect (Notice at Collection)
The categories below describe personal information we may collect, the typical purpose, and whether we “sell” or “share” it under California law (we do not sell it for money). We collect it from you, from your device, from payment and verification providers, and from automated logs.
- Identifiers — username, email, IP address, device and cookie IDs, account ID. Used to create and secure your account, prevent fraud and operate the Platform. May be shared with analytics/advertising partners.
- Account and profile information — password (stored hashed), profile text, photos you upload, body type, interests, preferences. Used to provide the social network. Profile content you mark public is visible to other users. Not sold for money.
- Commercial information — plan type, purchase history, billing status. Used to process subscriptions and support. Not sold for money.
- Payment data — collected and processed by our payment providers. We receive limited data needed to manage the subscription (for example, last four digits, card brand, transaction status), not full card numbers.
- Internet and network activity — pages viewed, referring URL, browser and OS, approximate location from IP, anti-spam signals. Used to run, secure and improve the Platform. May be shared with analytics/advertising partners.
- Communications — emails and forms you send us; forum posts; private messages between users. We access private messages only as needed to operate the service, enforce our Terms, handle safety or legal reports, or comply with law.
- Sensitive personal information — government-ID image and live selfie when age verification is required (via ONDATO); login credentials; contents of private messages. Used only to verify that you are an adult, secure the account, and keep the community safe. We do not use sensitive information to infer characteristics for advertising. See our Age Verification Policy.
We do not knowingly collect precise geolocation, Social Security numbers, or financial account numbers beyond what the payment processor handles. We do not collect information from children (see Section 11).
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain and improve the Platform and your account.
- Verify age and, where used, identity; prevent fraud, spam and abuse; moderate content; and support our anti-trafficking program.
- Process payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds.
- Respond to support requests and service messages (account, security, transactions, new messages).
- Send marketing or newsletters only if you opted in or as otherwise permitted by law; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Measure usage and diagnose technical issues (including Google Analytics, as described in the Cookies Policy).
- Comply with U.S. law, including reports to NCMEC under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, valid legal process, and enforcement of our Terms.
We do not use personal information for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement, other than routine fraud, spam and age-gating controls.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, analytics and, where enabled, advertising or affiliates. Categories, retention and controls — including how we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) as an opt-out of “sale” or “sharing” — are in our Cookies Policy. California and other applicable-state residents can also opt out as described in Sections 9 and 10.
5. How We Disclose Your Information
We do not sell personal information for money. We disclose it only as follows:
- Service providers / processors — hosting and infrastructure (including Google services such as email and storage), payment processors, age and identity verification (ONDATO), customer support tools and analytics, under contracts that limit use to our instructions.
- Other users — information you place on a public profile or in the forum is visible to other users of the Platform. Private messages are visible to the recipient.
- Advertising and analytics partners — if advertising or certain analytics cookies run, identifiers and usage data may be disclosed. Under California law that can be “sharing” or a “sale.” You can opt out (Section 10).
- Legal, safety and integrity — to comply with law; to respond to valid subpoenas, court orders and warrants; to protect users, minors or the public; to report child sexual-abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A; and as described in our Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy.
- Business transfer — if we sell or merge the business, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy or equivalent protections.
- Embedded third-party content — videos or other embeds behave as if you visited that third party and may set their own cookies.
6. Where Your Information Is Stored
We are based in the United States. Personal information is processed and stored in the U.S. and may be processed in other countries where our providers operate. U.S. law may differ from the law of your home country. If you use the Platform from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be handled under U.S. law as described here.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
- Account and profile — for the life of the account. After deletion, residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period.
- Subscription and billing records — typically up to seven years for tax, accounting and chargeback purposes.
- Age-verification data — for the life of the account plus two years, as stated in the Age Verification Policy, unless the provider or law requires a shorter cycle.
- Support emails and safety reports — as long as needed to resolve the issue and for a reasonable period afterward to prevent abuse.
- Marketing lists — until you unsubscribe or we suppress the address.
- Server logs — typically a short operational period unless needed for security investigations.
If you close your account or request deletion, we may retain limited information to maintain records, prevent fraud, collect amounts owed, enforce our Terms, or meet legal duties. Information already disclosed to others (for example, a message you sent) is subject to that person’s copy and to the recipient’s or provider’s own practices.
8. Data Security and Breaches
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including TLS for data sent through our forms and hashed passwords, to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration and loss. No online service is perfectly secure. If a breach of personal information occurs, we will notify affected individuals and any required state authorities as applicable U.S. state breach-notification laws require, without unreasonable delay.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Residents of California and of other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws (including, where they apply to us, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and similar statutes) may have some or all of the following rights:
- Know / access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions (security, fraud prevention, legal hold, completing a transaction).
- Receive a portable copy of certain information you provided to us.
- Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted / cross-context advertising.
- Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the services you requested (California).
- Appeal a refusal (where state law provides an appeal).
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) as an opt-out of sale or sharing for that browser. We do not offer financial-incentive programs that trade a price or service difference for personal information.
How to submit a request: email info@sugardaddyplanet.us with the right you want to exercise and the email on the account. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows; we will need proof of authorization. We will verify your identity (for example, by confirming control of the account email) before acting. We aim to respond within 45 days, or as otherwise required by law, and will explain if we need more time or cannot fulfill a request.
If we deny a request and your state gives you an appeal right, reply to our decision email with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. You may also contact your state attorney general.
California residents may also request, once per year, information about personal information disclosed to third parties for those parties’ direct marketing, under California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civ. Code § 1798.83). We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing in that sense. To ask, use the same email address.
10. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
If you are a California resident — or a resident of another state that grants an opt-out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising — you can opt out by:
- Emailing info@sugardaddyplanet.us with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share”; or
- Turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser; or
- Using the cookie controls described in our Cookies Policy.
An opt-out does not stop essential cookies, payment processing, age verification, or disclosures we make to provide the service or to comply with law.
11. Children
The Platform is strictly for adults (18 or older, or the age of majority if higher). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. We do not direct the service to children and COPPA does not apply to an adults-only service that does not collect from children. Any content that sexualizes minors is illegal; we report it to NCMEC and law enforcement. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, write to info@sugardaddyplanet.us. We will delete the account and related data except where we must retain evidence for a legal report. See the Age Verification Policy and Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy.
12. Email and Marketing
We do not send unsolicited commercial email. Marketing and newsletters go only to addresses that requested or consented to them, or as otherwise allowed by the CAN-SPAM Act. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also change preferences in Settings. Transactional messages (receipts, security, cancellation, account and in-platform activity) are not marketing and may continue after you unsubscribe from promotions.
13. Third-Party Links
The Platform may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Read their policies. See our Legal Notice.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date shows the version in force. For material changes we will give notice through the Platform, email or another reasonable channel. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy. If you do not agree, close your account and stop using the Platform.
