How we collect, use, share and protect your personal information when you use Sugar Daddy Planet.

Last updated: June 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Polaris Nexus LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you use sugardaddyplanet.us (“the Platform”). Please read it together with our Cookies Policy, Legal Notice and Terms of Use.

1. Who We Are

The Platform is operated by Polaris Nexus LLC, 1621 Central Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. We are based in the United States, and the personal information we handle is governed by U.S. law. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@sugardaddyplanet.us.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Platform, we may collect:

  • Account information — your username, email address and password.
  • Profile information — the details you add to your profile, such as photos, body type, interests and your ideal date.
  • Identity and age-verification data — when verification is required, an image of a government-issued document and a live selfie, handled through our provider ONDATO (see our Age Verification Policy).
  • Payment information — processed by our payment providers; we receive only the data needed to manage your subscription.
  • Technical data — your IP address, device and browser details, and information about your internet service provider, collected to run the site, prevent spam and detect irregularities.
  • Communications — messages you send us, and content such as blog comments (which may include your name, email, website and IP address).

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and operate the Platform and your account.
  • Verify age and identity, and keep the community safe — fraud prevention, moderation and our anti-trafficking work.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Respond to your messages and provide support.
  • Send newsletters you’ve subscribed to (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • Analyze and improve the Platform.
  • Comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Use.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics (for example, Google Analytics), and, where applicable, for advertising or affiliate purposes. Our Cookies Policy explains the categories we use and the choices you have, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. California residents can opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — see Section 8.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described here:

  • Service providers — companies that host the Platform and provide infrastructure (including Google services such as Gmail and Google Drive), payment processing, identity and age verification (ONDATO) and analytics, under contracts that limit how they may use the data.
  • Legal and safety — we may disclose information to comply with the law, to respond to valid legal process (subpoenas, court orders and warrants), and to protect the safety of our users or the public. We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) and cooperate with law enforcement (see our Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy).
  • Analytics and advertising partners — where we use analytics or advertising cookies, certain information may be shared with those partners; for California residents this may count as “sharing” or “sale” (see Section 8).
  • Embedded content — pages may include content from other websites (videos, images and the like), which behaves as if you had visited those sites directly and may collect data and set its own cookies.

6. Where Your Information Is Stored

Sugar Daddy Planet is part of a network of platforms operated by Polaris Nexus LLC. We are based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored in the U.S., and may also be processed in other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Platform, you understand that your information will be handled under U.S. law, which may differ from the laws where you live.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, after which we delete or anonymize it. For example, newsletter and email-list data is kept until you unsubscribe, and age-verification data is kept for the life of your account plus two years (see our Age Verification Policy).

If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we may retain limited information where necessary to maintain records, prevent fraud, collect outstanding fees, enforce our Terms of Use, or meet legal obligations. Information already shared with third parties is subject to their own retention policies.

8. Data Security and Breaches

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including TLS encryption for data transmitted through our forms — to protect personal information against alteration, loss and unauthorized access. No system on the internet is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and any required authorities as required by applicable U.S. state data-breach laws, without unreasonable delay.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information. We honor these rights for all users where we reasonably can, and California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), including the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete your personal information.
  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of sale or sharing.

How to exercise your rights: email info@sugardaddyplanet.us. To protect your account, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on your request. Where our processing relies on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.

10. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information (California)

If you are a California resident, you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information — including information used for cross-context behavioral advertising — by emailing info@sugardaddyplanet.us or by enabling the Global Privacy Control in your browser.

11. Children

The Platform is strictly for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Any content that sexualizes minors is illegal and is reported to NCMEC and the authorities (see our Age Verification Policy and Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy). If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us at info@sugardaddyplanet.us.

12. Email and Marketing

We don’t send spam. We only send commercial or newsletter emails that you’ve requested or agreed to, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or the options in your Settings.

The Platform may link to third-party websites we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their own policies. See our Legal Notice for more.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the version in force, and we’ll communicate material changes through our usual channels.
