2. Purpose of the Platform

Sugar Daddy Planet is a private, adults-only (18+) social network. It provides software and hosting so consenting adults can create profiles, browse, message on paid plans and use a forum.

You may not copy, scrape, frame, republish, sell or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission, except for limited quoting allowed by fair use or another statutory exception. “Sugar Daddy Planet” and related marks are trademarks or trade names of Polaris Nexus LLC. You may not use them in a way that suggests sponsorship or affiliation.

We provide a venue. We do not guarantee a match, relationship, gift, financial support or any other outcome. Except for the age-verification steps described in the Age Verification Policy and the safety information in our Trust & Safety Center, we do not promise background checks and we do not vouch for any user’s identity, wealth, marital status, intentions or conduct. You interact with other users and meet in person at your own risk.

Nothing on the Platform or blog is legal, financial, medical, tax or other professional advice. Third-party sites linked from the Platform are not under our control.
