Refund Policy

When payments on Sugar Daddy Planet can be refunded, when they cannot, and how to request a refund. Canceling a renewal is not the same as a refund.

Last updated: August 28, 2026

This Refund Policy explains when payments on sugardaddyplanet.us (the “Platform”) may be refunded. Read it with our Cancellation Policy and Terms of Use. Polaris Nexus LLC is Merchant of Record for Platform transactions. If this page and the Terms of Use differ on a refund issue, the Terms of Use control, except where a non-waivable law requires otherwise.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to paid subscriptions on the Platform — monthly, quarterly and annual plans, and any later subscription product we offer through the same checkout. It does not apply to payments you make to other users. We do not process or refund transfers between members.

2. Our General Refund Rule

A paid plan buys access to paid features for a billing period. Access starts when the subscription is activated. Payments are therefore generally non-refundable once that period begins, except in Section 3 or where applicable law requires a refund.

U.S. federal law does not give a general cooling-off or “change of mind” right to unwind an online digital subscription for a cash refund. ROSCA and state automatic-renewal laws require clear terms, consent and an easy way to stop the next charge. They do not, by themselves, require a refund of time already paid. Any refund outside Section 3 is discretionary and does not create a practice we must repeat.

3. When You Can Get a Refund

We will refund (or, where we reasonably can, void) a charge in these cases:

  • Billing error or duplicate charge — you were charged the wrong amount or more than once for the same period.
  • Unauthorized charge — a payment went through without your authorization. We may ask for verification and may report fraud. If the card network already reversed the charge, we will not refund a second time.
  • Unresolved technical failure on our side — a problem we caused blocked paid features and we could not restore them within a reasonable time after you reported it.
  • We discontinue the Platform or the paid feature you bought — unused time on an active paid term is refunded pro rata (Section 5).
  • Required by applicable law — including a state statute or a card-network rule that applies to that transaction.

We may also issue a goodwill refund or credit. That is not an admission of liability and does not change this Policy.

4. When Refunds Do Not Apply

Unless Section 3 or the law says otherwise, we do not refund:

  • Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or unused time after you bought access.
  • Not finding a match, a conversation or a relationship. We sell Platform access, not an outcome. See the Legal Notice.
  • The unused remainder of a period after you cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access already paid for continues until the period ends. See the Cancellation Policy.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Use, Community Guidelines or Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy.
  • Charges you authorized through checkout, including automatic renewals you did not cancel before the renewal date.
  • Third-party fees your bank or card issuer may add.

5. If We Discontinue the Platform

If we discontinue the Platform or a paid feature as a product decision (not because your account was terminated for cause), we will give reasonable advance notice where we can and refund the unused portion of an active paid term on a pro-rata basis, based on whole days remaining after the shutdown date.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email info@sugardaddyplanet.us with the subject line Refund request and include:

  • The email address and username on the account.
  • Approximate date and amount of the charge, and the last four digits of the card if you have them.
  • The reason, with enough detail for us to check logs and the payment processor.

We review requests in the order we receive them and aim to reply within 3–5 business days. Complex or fraud-related cases may take longer. Asking for a refund does not extend a subscription or stop a renewal already scheduled; cancel in-account if you also want to stop the next charge.

7. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, in U.S. dollars, and include any U.S. sales tax we collected on that charge. We cannot deposit a refund to a different card or to another person. After we submit the refund, your bank or issuer usually posts it within about 5–10 business days; that timing is outside our control.

If we refund a period, we may end paid features for that period once the refund is processed.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a charge looks wrong, contact us first at info@sugardaddyplanet.us. We can usually correct a duplicate or error faster than a bank dispute.

A chargeback is a dispute you file with your card issuer. We will respond with the checkout record, your consent to the recurring plan and account activity. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of paid features or of the account while we investigate, and may result in the account being closed if we reasonably conclude the dispute is abusive or in bad faith. If the issuer rules in our favor, the charge stands. If the issuer reverses the charge, that reversal is the refund; we will not pay the same amount twice.

9. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation and refund are different:

  • Cancel — stops future automatic renewals. You keep access until the end of the period already paid. You can cancel online from your account, without a phone call, as required by ROSCA and applicable state automatic-renewal laws. Steps: Cancellation Policy.
  • Refund — returns money already charged, only in the cases in Section 3 or as required by law.

Canceling does not by itself create a refund. A refund does not by itself cancel future renewals unless we also turn auto-renew off.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy. The “Last updated” date is the version in force. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or another reasonable channel. The Policy that applies to a given charge is the Policy in force when that charge was made, except where a later law requires us to treat it differently.
