Refund Policy
When payments on Sugar Daddy Planet can be refunded, when they can’t, and how to request a refund.

This Refund Policy explains when payments made on sugardaddyplanet.us (“the Platform”) can be refunded, when they can’t, and how to request a refund. Please read it together with our Cancellation Policy and Terms of Use. Polaris Nexus LLC acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions on the Platform.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to all paid subscriptions on the Platform — monthly, quarterly and annual plans, and any future subscription product we may offer.
2. Our General Refund Rule
Paid subscriptions give you immediate access to paid features, so payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except in the situations described in Section 3 or where required by applicable law. U.S. law does not provide a general “cooling-off” right to cancel an online subscription for a refund; any refund beyond the qualifying situations below is at our discretion.
3. When You Can Get a Refund
We will refund a payment in these situations:
- Billing error or duplicate charge — you were charged incorrectly, or more than once, for the same period.
- Unauthorized charge — a payment was made without authorization. We may ask you to verify this and may also report the fraud.
- Unresolved technical failure — a technical problem on our side prevented you from using the paid features and we couldn’t fix it within a reasonable time.
- Platform discontinuation — if we discontinue the Platform or a paid feature, we refund the unused portion of an active paid subscription (see Section 5).
- Where required by applicable law.
4. When Refunds Don’t Apply
Refunds are not available for:
- A change of mind, or simply not using the subscription after buying it.
- Not finding a match or a relationship — we provide a venue to meet, not guaranteed outcomes (see our Legal Notice).
- The remaining, unused time after you voluntarily cancel — cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the paid period (see our Cancellation Policy).
- Accounts suspended or terminated for breaking our Terms of Use, Community Guidelines or Anti-Trafficking & No-Escort Policy.
5. If We Discontinue the Platform
If we choose to discontinue the Platform or a paid feature, we’ll give reasonable advance notice and refund the unused portion of any active paid subscription, calculated on a pro-rata basis.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@sugardaddyplanet.us with the subject line “Refund request” and include:
- The email address and username on your account.
- The approximate date and amount of the charge.
- The reason for your request, with any supporting detail.
We’ll review your request and respond, usually within 3–5 business days.
7. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, in U.S. dollars, and include any applicable sales tax that was charged. Once approved, a refund usually reaches your account within about 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you think there’s a problem with a charge, please contact us first at info@sugardaddyplanet.us — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of your account while we investigate.
9. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are different things. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not, by itself, refund the current period. Our cancellation process is quick and fully online, in line with U.S. automatic-renewal laws (ROSCA and applicable state laws) — see our Cancellation Policy for the steps.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in U.S. law, technology or our business practices. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the version in force.
