1. Who the Service Is For

Our platform is built for connections between adult men and women within a consensual relationship model. The core registration, search and matching tools are designed for men seeking women and women seeking men, and we don’t currently offer other types of matching. That is simply a limit on what the product does today — nothing more, and it never excuses disrespect toward any person or group.

2. Respect and Non-Discrimination

These have no place on Sugar Daddy Planet:

• Attacks, insults, harassment, intimidation or belittling of others.
• Hate speech, or anything that demeans a person for their sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age (always 18+), physical appearance or socio-economic status.

We expect every interaction to rest on courtesy, consent and dignity.

3. Profiles and Content

To keep the environment safe and authentic:

• Profiles must be truthful, personal and current.
• You may not include minors, or any third party, in photos or descriptions without their explicit consent.
• The following content is not allowed:
  • Sexually explicit material.
  • Violence or incitement to violence.
  • Hate speech, degrading stereotypes or dehumanizing descriptions.
  • Malicious links, spam or fraud.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

We pair automated tools with human review to protect the community’s safety and quality. Depending on the case, we may:

• Issue a warning or notice.
• Temporarily restrict certain features.
• Suspend or block an account.
• Remove content that breaks these rules.

Decisions draw on this policy together with our Ethical Policy, Active Response Policy and Terms of Use.

5. Our Blog and Communications

Our blog and communications:

• Reflect a range of contexts and experiences, within the platform’s current matching scope.
• Steer clear of bias, stigmatization and misinformation.
• Clearly label any sponsored or affiliate content, which never shapes our editorial judgment.

6. Accessibility and Equal Treatment

We want the experience to be inclusive for everyone, through:

• Clear, accessible language.
• Text alternatives for images and other visual elements.
• A commitment to equal treatment in every interaction.

We aim to align with recognized accessibility standards, such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
