Classification & Response Times
We assign an initial priority to every case and work to meet the following targets:

How We Handle Cases
- Receipt & acknowledgment: we confirm through the original channel and assign a case ID.
- Review & prioritization: we validate the evidence (screenshots, profile IDs, links).
- Action (per our policies and Terms): warning, feature restriction, suspension or account ban, content removal, or referral to the authorities.
- Follow-up: we keep you updated on relevant developments until the case is closed.
- Closure & feedback: we share the outcome and, where useful, safety recommendations.
Moderation & Criteria
- We combine automated detection with human review.
- We do not tolerate harassment, impersonation, scams, sharing personal data without consent, or any behavior that puts the community at risk.
- We strictly prohibit any content involving minors. Any suspected child sexual exploitation is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement, as required by U.S. law.
- Decisions are based on our Site Policies and Terms of Use.
Appeals
If you disagree with a decision, you can appeal within 20 days by emailing info@sugardaddyplanet.us with your case ID and any additional information. A separate team reviews every appeal.
Public Interaction & Transparency
- We post notices in our Help Center for incidents that affect many members.
- We publish a periodic transparency report with aggregated data on reports, response times and actions taken — never any personal data.
Your Privacy & Personal Data
- We use the information in a report only to handle the case, protect our community and meet our legal obligations.
- Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request access or a copy, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of certain sharing. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
- To exercise any of these rights, email info@sugardaddyplanet.us. We will not discriminate against you for doing so.
- We keep incident records for 2 years, unless a longer period is required by law.

Working with Law Enforcement
- We disclose user information only when required by valid legal process — such as a subpoena, court order or search warrant — or to address an emergency involving a risk of death or serious physical harm, as permitted by U.S. law (including 18 U.S.C. § 2702).
- We review every request, ask for the proper documentation, and log each one for our transparency reporting.
- Where appropriate and legally permitted, we notify affected users.
Responsible Disclosure of Vulnerabilities
Found a security vulnerability? Please help us protect the community:
- Don’t exploit it or disclose it publicly.
- Email info@sugardaddyplanet.us with clear steps to reproduce it.
- We’ll acknowledge within 72 hours and provide a status update within 7 days.
- Where appropriate, we’re happy to offer public credit for your help.
